SIGNING FOR GIFTS
All our gift boxes are sent with ‘signature required’ unless specified at Check Out. If no one is at the delivery location to sign for the parcel, the courier will leave a card with details as to how the recipient can organise redelivery or pick up.
If you opt for delivery with ‘no signature required’, please be aware that Better Gift Boxes Ltd is not responsible for the gift once the courier has completed delivery.
PO BOXES & DELIVERY ACCURACY
Giving a quality gift is a lovely thing to do, so please ensure you check the accuracy (and accessibility) of the delivery details before completing your purchase. Also, unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Boxes – but hey, you wouldn’t want those treats getting warm / overlooked would you...And lastly, if you are sending a gift to an apartment or hospital (or other locations where it will first be delivered to a reception area), make sure to add as much details as possible to avoid delivery delay.
SURPRISE & DELIGHT ON SATURDAYS
What a treat – getting a gift on a Saturday. There is an extra charge for this service, but if your gift can’t wait until Monday, you can check if Saturday delivery is available for your location at Check Out.
A SPECIAL NOTE ON RURAL DELIVERY
There are a few restrictions when sending rural – no overnight and no Saturday deliveries, plus it can take a couple of extra days to reach your recipient after being delivered to the delivery driver in the area.
